Join us as ORCA (Operations Research Consulting Associates) shares the visitation projections for the Fjord Trail and discusses the evolving framework for HHFT’s visitation management strategy.

HHFT hired ORCA in May 2023 to study and help implement the project’s visitation management objectives, which include relieving pressure on neighboring communities using a combination of tools and trail operation strategies.

ORCA has many decades of expertise in capacity and visitor flow planning and facility operations for cultural and recreational public spaces.

Due to limited capacity, registration is required. Registrations are non-transferable. This session will be recorded and shared for those who cannot attend.
